this function will see you acting as first point of contact for a highly regarded Senior Manager within the business. A busy, fast paced environment where you’ll be able to contribute to many parts of the business. You will thrive in being the trusted confidant and support person within the team and will be passionate about providing efficient, top-level support. On the daily, you can expect to be:
• Managing diaries of leadership abilities team and wider business
• Acting as main correspondent on behalf of your team
• Coordinating and arranging internal meetings
• General billing, financial administration and expense claim management
• General ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You:
• Driven individual, resilient in nature with great work ethic
• Proven track record in a mid-senior support function
• Exceptional communication; both written and verbal
• Strong capability to build and foster solid working relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent diary management abilities
• Second to none organisational expertise, with high level of discretion
