Specifically, working under the banner of our Technology Portfolio, We are pursuing a Business Analyst for Cloud Capcapability Programme of work. It is essential that the prosperous candidate has excellent people and communication expertise with the capability to work independently, be adjureliable to changing priorities and have the confidence and professionalism to contact with external organisations and within the organisation. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible across several key areas that include: » Solid grounding and practice in business process modelling (current ?as-is' and future ?to-be' states) and documentation. » Strong track record in elicitation and documentation of business requirements in a complex environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and negotiating constructive results with competing priorities. » Excellent capability to convey information that is fit for purpose and fit for audience » Good storyteller and able to use appropriate techniques and examples to convey process detail » Probing / analytical / constructive mind-set. » Demonstrated capability to use initiative » Excellent teamwork and the capability to collaborate well with all stakeholders » Thrive in the fast-paced, changing nature of our work. » Wholeheartedly embrace the Agile way of working and model the right behaviour for their peers and colleagues. » Can deliver requirements to include users and user rationale balanced against business results. » Pragmatic approach to the task at hand and able to collaborate and deliver continuous improvement. expertise required: » Highly motivated, self-starting, excellent team player » Strong practice in Agile methodologies is essential » Demonstrated practice in agile software development delivery or other significant practice » Excellent facilitation, collaboration, communication, and relationship management expertise » practice in leading technical conversations, adapting where appropriate to suit non-technical audiences » practice with influencing and motivating teams This is a prime opportunity for an internal Business Analyst, or a person wishing to discover the function further, to work with the Cloud Capcapability Program team.
