The prosperous applicant will implement effective business strategies to achieve the desired results. The prosperous candidate for this function should possess: specialist expertise of M?ori arts; command of te reo M?ori me ?na tikanga; a demonstrated record of managing large-scale events; excellent communication expertise; superior expertise of business functions, budgeting and financial management; and exceptional leadership abilities qualities. The Toi M?ori Group is governed by the Toi M?ori Aotearoa Board of Trustees and comprises three entities: Toi M?ori Aotearoa Charitable Trust, with its eight national M?ori art committees, Toi M?ori Ltd and Toi M?ori Market Ltd.
