This opportunity also requires a candidate with strong administration practice who is accurate, can work autonomously, have a can-do attitude and most importantly are able to work well within a large team of around 150 working amongst engineers, designers and industry advisors. tasks: • Meeting & travel booking • Report Editing and formatting • Filing & documentation • Minute Taking • Office support for wider team • Preparing PowerPoints’. • Pre invoicing (if skill set works) expertise & practice: • Have minimum 1 year’s significant practice. • Exceptional computer expertise • Be dedicated and hard working. • Competent with MS Office • Strong administrative expertise.
