this function give you the true control to create, implement and succeed all functions of the sales and customer service functions within the sustainable family owned business!
In this function Information technology has two aspects, from coaching, mentoring and setting structure for the sales team of three and customer service team of two members so they can achieve and grow in their functions. You will also lead the team and the business in the sales, creating and converting new business to see this business go from strength to strength. The goal is to double the business in five years, and you will have direct input to be able to achieve this. Reporting to the Australian Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead the New Zealand team to success.
   » Managing, coaching and mentoring the sales and customer service team
   » Establishing new business opportunities and converting this into long lasting business relationships
   » Creating new sales structures such as KPI’s and reporting
   » Having input into all management aspects such as marketing, financials, business strategy and forward planning
this function needs a driven and practiced Sales Manager who has had proven success in creating and growing a business through creating long standing relationships and managing a team to see their full potential. You will confident, professional and approachable while being able to see the big picture and create and implement startegies through to completion.
   » Previous Sales Management practice
   » Driven, professional, confident and approachable
   » FMCG or Packaging practice desirable although no essential
