Although your main job will be to work with inputting orders using Syspro, customer queries, supplier co-ordination and maintenance, along with product compliance, you do need to be flexible to assist others in the office too. This could be supporting the General Mgr, Retail Administrator, Sales Reps or the warehouse staff with any given tasks. Plenty to keep you on your toes. Using (Syspro) you will not only be in charge of inputting customer files, but also product and price files, inventory, and barcodes. Ensuring the showroom is set up, and being responsible for the Health & Safety admin as required too. The main criteria is time management, a great work attitude, ability to have a laugh with the team, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
