You will be working 30-40 hours a week carrying out general data entry administration tasks. A few of your responsibilities as follows: » everyday input of donations. » Processing and maintain donations and payments from all sources. » Provide support to the office team when they are away from their desk or on leave. » Ensure data has been entered accurately and on time. » Process batches and account reconciliations for the accounts team. To be prosperous in this function: We are seeking for someone who has existing practice in a similar function and someone who has: » A great level of attention to detail and accuracy. » Ideally be trained on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and have some practice or expertise of various payment, record-keeping and banking systems. » capability to handle a diverse workload. » Work well with others and is professional and friendly. » Understands excel and Microsoft office. » Has great verbal, written and communication expertise.
