Someone who will provide a remarkably excellent guest drinking practice. You will be able to exceed customers’ needs and expectations. You will contribute to the overall running of the bar and will be integral to the overall enjoyment and practice for customers and staff. This is a busy local small town establishment that focuses on affordable offerings, providing opportunities for staff to grow and develop. We have temporary and permanent casual positions available. Ideally, you will have a current Duty Manager License - assistance to obtain this may be available to succesfull candidates. Requirements: » Positive attitude and excellent communication expertise » capability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean » Previous practice in high paced bar environment » A growth mindset to help our busy bar continue to grow. Job responsibilities: » Prepare alcohol & non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons » Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks » Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations » Check customers’ identification and confirm Information technology meets legal drinking age » Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies » Contribute to a clean and organised team environment » Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest practice » Comply with all food and beverage regulations » Contribute to set up and pack down of bar includingcleaning & banking responsibilitys » Contribute to any delegated tasks from Bar Manager.
