Reporting to the General Manager of Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and payments by maintaining accurate records, conducting reconciliations, and providing financial insights and support. This will assist the team in achieving key goals and enhance financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities : »Financial Accounting and Control to provide accurate and timely capture and processing of all invoices, reconciliation of statements, payments, and AR documents. »Reporting and Budgeting to support the accountant with ensuring operating results CAPEX are accurate, analysed and meet deadlines. »Manage information supplied within privacy legislations and company guidelines to ensure all work complies with policy and procedures. » Assisting the team to identify and implement Process or System Improvements. »Health and Safety outlines and policies followed to ensure safe work practices. »Relationship Building and Management with all Trust staff, BU leaders, and external stakeholders. » Supporting the team with any other related tasks as required by the GM of Finance.
