This organisation provides community-located services to people in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Christchurch. They aim to create pathways for vulnerable whanau to rise out of poverty, isolation, homelessness, and joblessness but providing comprehensive wraparound services. About the function
The purpose of this position is to lead the service delivery of the Home Healthcare service so that the capacity and capcapability is optimised to deliver high quality services that meet individual client’s needs. You will need to hold a current Drivers licence, a high level of Information technology literacy in the MS Office suite and Client Management Systems, expertise of local area. and working with older people and/ or those with disabilities in the community. Excellent interpersonal expertise, team building expertise, analytical and problem-solving expertise will also be a requirement for this function.

• Good leadership abilities expertise with capability to motivate, coach and support staff to achieve set KPI’s
• Can effectively supervise, train and coordinate staff to provide a support services.
• practice in providing services that meet contractual and legislative requirements.
• practice in meeting internal reporting requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal expertise: capability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels within the organisation, with external organisations, clients and family / Whanau.
• capability to effectively analyse problems objectively and find solutions.
• capability to work both independently and in a team.
• Has worked in environments where respecting diversity of culture, ethnicity, and belief systems is reflected in service delivery.
• Can multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines.
