Perfect for a seasoned BA that comes with at least 5 years’ practice and has excellent communication expertise (both written and verbal) Key tasks of this function include: • Supporting the Functional and Technical Consultants in conducting requirements workshops • Preparing agenda and supporting materials • Capturing user stories garnered all over workshops • Documenting either as-is or to-be process models • Assisting with capturing solution design elements (mostly to-be process maps element) • Participating in prioritisation of user requirements / impact analysis etc • Working in the Microsoft ecosystem, or with Microsoft technologies is preferred.
