Offer: Learning Support Coordinator – Six months, part-time, fixed-term:ACC_hainesJob description:Job Description» Wellington located function supporting our Organisational Development and Capcapability team nationwide» Gain valuable expertise in learning and development » 20 Hours per week, fixed-term for six months About the function You’ll be working within the wider Talent team, so lots of great people to lgain and grow from, but specifically you’ll be our coordinator to support the Learning Delivery team whilst they go through a busy period for the next six months. What this means, is you will manage the learning administration function, with a primary responsibility for the scheduling of our induction events for new starters. You may also get involved with the coordination of the annual learning schedule, coordination and management of digital and face-to-face learning events, as well as proactive management of programme waitlists. You’ll be one the first points of contact for all learning solution queries and use insights and feedback to contribute to the on-going improvement of learning and development systems and processes. What We are seeking for will include the following: » We are seeking for Somebody with a prosperous track record providing coordination support in a busy environment, where you have shown the capability to think on your feet, deliver results quickly and contribute positively to the success of the team » You’ll have a logical, organised approach to your work with strong attention to detail, along with practice of working with digital tools – ideally with an advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite » You will be calm and operate effectively under pressure and you’ll have an impressive capability to work to tight timeframes. You’ll also have a strong customer focus with the capability to communicate effectively and the capability to build positive working relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds We are flexible on when you work the 20 hours per week within standard working hours.
