The System Strategy and Policy directorate works closely with Ministers and Cabinet to provide high quality health advice to inform the decisions they make on behalf of the Government.
We are seeking for three executive adjunct superstars to provide high quality support to Senior Managers in our Strategy and Policy Directorate. You will effectively manage their time, anticipate demands and make decisions, and identify emerging issues and risks and take steps to manage them appropriately.
You will provide support by effectively managing diaries and ensuring they are appropriately prepared for and supported in their day-to-day activities. this function performs a wide variety of at times complex administrative, secretarial, coordination and research responsibilities which requires considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact and independent judgment.
You will also demonstrate:
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise, including the capability to calmly and effectively address complex situations
   » Attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational expertise
   » The capability to build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse group of contacts.
