This NZ owned and operated business is thriving in the current environment, and they are currently seeking a Capital Works Manager to join their growing team. Please note, this position is located in Wellington so you must be willing to relocate. You will be responsible for achieving contract financial returns, improving project efficiency, customer relationship management and the management of staff and their learning and development. You will be completing project briefing, reporting, and monitoring, ensuring all programmes are planned and designed to be delivered in line with the client’s expectations.
