Our Sous Chef is one of New Zealand’s top Maori chefs, his speciality is blending traditional cooking methods with native ingredients and turning them into a 5* plate. 3. MENU Our menu is all hand crafted by you, we use local ingredients and interesting techniques. We are continuously developing, training, adding dishes, running specials, nurturing new talent and testing new waters. We have big dreams for our restaurant.
