On behalf of our clients, Adecco is currently seeking expressions of interest for a range of upcoming temporary administrative assignments in sunny Marlborough.

We are seeking motivated and committed candidates who wish to apply their experience whilst enjoying flexibility and variety across different assignments. In return for your hard work and dedication, we can offer you a foot in the door and both part-time or full-time hours. Many of these roles can be extended for the right person, therefore you could be stepping into a new career!

A range of ad hoc duties will be included into each assignment, such as:

· Administration and coordination support to a wider team

· Reception support

· Data entry and filing

· Customer service - answering phones and transferring calls

· Maintaining and updating systems and databases

To be successful in an Administration role, you will need:

· 1-2 years+ proven administration or reception experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· To be well presented

· To be flexible and adaptable

· To be a team player as well as the ability to work on your own

· Sound computer literacy and experience using the MS Office suite

· Ability to commit to at least 3 months of full-time or part-time work.
