Box Office manager:Job description:Job detailsOrganisation Mandurah Performing Arts Centre Closes 22 Mar 2021 Posted on 1 Mar 2021 Region Overseas Work type Full time employment Work classification Management & Admin, Performing Arts ShareMandurah Performing Arts Centre is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Box Office manager to join their team.The Box Office manager is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the everyday operations of the Box Office, including the VivaTicket Ticketing System, ensuring compliance and efficiency in conformity with ManPAC Operational Policy and Procedures. The tasks of the function include ensuring that all cash transactions, procedures and security arrangements are conducted in conformity with the Centre's Policy. this function will be responsible for accurately maintaining an up to date and categorised customer database in order to ensure that the marketing needs for the tracking of the demographic and usage patterns of the Patrons of the Centre are met. The prosperous applicant will thrive in a time-critical, customer-focussed environment and will report to the Venue Services Manager to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of ManPAC Box Office operations. Excellent expertise in administration, time management, attention to detail and the capability to prioritise and manage your own work load in order to meet deadlines are essential. A strong interest in the arts sector will be beneficial. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) and some work outside business hours will be required. income will be negotiable located on expertise and practice.
