An outstanding opportunity for an practiced ChangeManager to partner closely with the business to drive a number of technology changes. Youwill lead & manage the people change plan and get the chance to work withan exceptional team, delivering innovative, safe and sustainable solutionsnationwide.
We need a motivated person who is big on teamwork and is a'doer', who will drive change to ensure that the new technologies & systemsare adopted and embraced by stakeholders and end users across the organisationinto new ways of working.

* Change communications
* Create change readiness
* Multiple project focus
* Training needs analysis
* People risk assessment and function mapping
We are seeking for strategic agility with 8+ years ofpractice in similar functions within a large complex organisation. You will have provencapability to lead a diverse range of people, a pro-active approach and motivationto step up and do what is required, and be a motivator of others with open, honestand transparent communication.
The approch required is behavioural and communications focussed to drive change adoption and mindset change.
