About the function: this function is an excellent opportunity for someone who may have 1-2 years’ practice in HR and is wanting to further their career with the right support given to do so. This is a generalist recruitment function so you will be responsible: » Assisting with the health and safety management » Recruitment - Performance management » Building a positive team work environment » Employment relations » Liaising with the union About you: My client is seeking someone who is new to their career and wanting to take that next step. You will Somebody with a positive mind, fresh ideas and be ready to hit the ground running. You will be provided with the right support and training. If you wish to complete any additional courses or trainings this will be covered by the company. You will have: » The capability to build strong relationships with a variety of people » Tertiary degree in Management, Organisational Development or Human Resource management » At least 1-2 years’ practice in a HR function » Good expertise of employment related legislation, principles, and practices in New Zealand.
