About the Role This is an exciting new opportunity for a results-driven individual to help us initiate and drive relationships with new national accounts and contribute to our Adecco's continuous growth and success. Reporting to the Sales Director, this National Account Development Manager is a key player amongst the sales team. We're seeking a passionate individual who is experienced in their strategic approach to business relationships and confident in their ability to foster trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders as they are critical to your success in this role. Your success will be measured by successfully executing your business development pipelines, defining client solutions, engaging our national network to deliver on client SLA's and maximising profit through market share or by providing additional solutions. About You » Business development drive, with good conversion ratios » Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen » An ability to conceptualise recruitment solutions, ideally within high volume contact centre, IT, or corporate/office space. » Tender writing experience, ideally large volume or national business » 5 years + experience in recruitment and managing stakeholder engagement » Leadership capability and mentoring skills » Natural curiosity, teamed with critical and strategic thinking ability We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about what we do as a business and has the enthusiasm to work alongside your team to achieve the best results.
