AUT University’s School of Clinical Sciences seeks a Pasifika Midwifery Liaison Student Support/Clinical Educator for maternity leave cover, starting immediately till 31 March 2024. We require an practiced Pasifika midwife with a current APC. You will be expected to share your skills with the students with a ‘wrap around’ approach, facilitate student learning, encourage problem-solving, effective participation within the team and reflective practice within the student group; give encouraging feedback to students and assess individual student progress. You will also be given the opportunity to provide clinical skills within curriculum development, interprofessional learning and teaching. The position is located at AUT South Campus, and the prosperous candidate will be expected to work on site.
