Business Transformation LeadJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »Lead the effective implementation of business changes relating to the Forestry ETS Transformation Programme (‘ETS Programme'). »Impactful pieces of work that have long-term implications for the NZ environment, and all Kiwi’s nationwide. »Permanent function $130k-$175k The function • Public Sector Client looking for an practiced Change Lead to join a growing business unit. • Key part of a team responsible for the administration of the forestry components of the overall Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). • New legislation proposes broad changes to the ETS, including Forestry, and these changes are to support a substantial increase in afforestation and participation in the Scheme, and will also significantly change the operational approach to managing Forestry ETS services. • You will design the services required to support the legislative process and implement new regulations and deliver a technical solution that covers business requirements and technology needs. • Work closely with leadership abilities to support and drive the implementation of the changes supporting the people and forestry community in preparing for changed legislation and the new online services. • Support programme governance, lead planning, reporting and controls, implement effective processes for stakeholder engagement, and supervise prosperous delivery across multiple projects. • Outside of this programme you can also use your skills across a strong pipeline of high priority projects.
