With around 200 people in the Wellington office, they have grown incredibly in the past few years and are all about developing and upskilling their staff. With a great team culture and an open plan office, everyone can bounce off one another and have that support around them. The function This is a great opportunity if you have previous practice in HR or Recruitment to step into this function and be that extra support to the Recruitment team. They are continuously growing and would like to bring someone in on a temp basis to help with the high-volume period. The responsibilities in this function include coordination of interviews and shortlisting, reference checks, drafting offers, writing ads and supporting with the end-to-end recruitment process. Core expertise You will have previous practice in the HR or recruitment space and have a strong passion for helping others. You’ll have great communication expertise and be super organised with the capability to multitask and work well in a team. You’ll also be up for a good laugh!
