By managing and monitoring the installed systems and infrastructure you’ll also install, configure and test the operating systems, application software and system management tools. expertise and practice: » practice with PowerShell scripting and patching within SCCM » 7+ years practice supporting Windows infrastructure and servers (including, Active Directory, O365/M365 and private cloud tech) » Good knowledge of service delivery and ITIL » practice creating operations process documentation » Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with what needs to be done. » Strong team ethic and interpersonal expertise with the capability to actively contribute and collaborate with internal and external teams and vendors.
