   » We’re hiring a Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor – six month fixed-term
We have a great opportunity for an practiced marketing and communications practitioner to work on a range of programmes and products that are designed to ensure all New Zealanders get home healthy and safe.
We are seeking for Somebody with proven expertise in taking programmes and products to market, an knowledge of the complexities of behaviour change in workplaces, a sound knowledge of the NZ business environment and above all, a can-do attitude to hit the ground running.
this function sits within our Business Customer Engagement team who supervise our engagement with the 535,000 businesses of Aotearoa. You’ll also work closely with our social marketing team who lead our wider injury avoidance initiatives.
This work is done in close partnership organisations such as WorkSafe and HASANZ, so you’ ll be someone that can build relationships fast and work with a range of stakeholders to get the job done.
The prosperous candidate will have the following:
   » Significant practice managing the development and delivery of marketing and communication strategies and plans to customer segments
   » Significant practice in managing the implementation of marketing and communication initiatives, both in-house and through suppliers
   » Proven practice taking products to market and seeing scale and growth
   » Confidence in working with business leaders to identify communication and marketing requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
   » A strong knowledge of behaviour change including interventions and approaches to create a step change in customer behaviour
   » Solid examples of delivering results located on customer insight
   » A team first approach, being highly collaborative, flexible and happy to step in and help others when needed
   » practice working in complex environments internally and externally with an knowledge of the machinery of government
   » Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or business is preferred
   » An knowledge of agile methodology would be beneficial.
