The function These Temp opportunities of Resource Coordinator’s is to support the team and will be continuing due to high demand • You will be a first point of contact (inbound contact centre) for requests for their support service by their clients (a region to be allocated) • You will schedule service provision, informing all parties, contact with clients re home and community support and any updates/changes • Enter required documentation, adhering to rostering systems and general timesheet and administration processes etc You • You will have great customer, administration and computer systems practice, any contact centre a plus • An interest in people in the community, a social services environment • Be empathetic, with a very clear telephone voice, able to quickly grasp what is required, to take notes with great recall, keeping • Calm and able to respond professionally to calls from the clients (the injured, elderly etc) • Will have excellent references and be able to commit to this continuing function please • Police Clearance required • Mandated employer – Covid Vaccination record required please Offer • $25.92/hr (incl hol pay) • Training on systems provided • Start as soon as possible • Onsite free parking • Friendly supportive team • Bright and cheerful ground office, natural light all around • Busy stimulating function, your day will fly!
