Principal Analyst
   » Expert specialist analytical, strategic and operational advice
   » Key relationship management across Service Delivery and the wider Ministry

We have a great opportunity for a Principal Analyst Planning and Analysis to assist the General Manager in providing technical leadership abilities and work programme management.
This is a key function where you'll work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders within Service Delivery and across MSD.
   » You'll be responsible for providing technical support to ensure Planning and Analysis can provide information and advice to support decision making across Service Delivery and beyond.
   » You will have broad expertise of our operational systems and how to extract valuable insights from them.
   » You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to promote the interests and objectives of the Ministry.
Key attributes We are seeking for:
   » Significant leadership abilities practice, skilled in building and supporting efficient teams, projects and processes
   » broad expertise of data extraction and presentation
   » expertise and practice mentoring and supporting others
   » capability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
   » Excellent communication expertise, including report writing and business case preparation
   » Demonstrated capability to exercise sound judgement
   » Highly developed analytical expertise with the capability to create actionable recommendations and solutions
The prosperous candidate will need to have an established record of leadership abilities – including the capability to exercise good judgment, intellectual flexibility and originality.
