Researcher AdvisorLocation All WellingtonWellington Job type Temporary Salary 30 to 70 Category Administration > Administration » Flexible working » $30 to $70 per hour » Wellington CBD The Role: » Carry out a wide range of research activities that support the Research team and other staff across the Office. » Undertake literature reviews and support current research projects. » Lead two of the Office's stakeholder surveys. » Assist the preparation and drafting of research briefs and horizon scans. » Liaise with entities and other stakeholders. » Develop and maintain internal relationships; and provide innovative thinking and research skills in the design and development of research products and services To be successful, you'll have: » At least two years' public sector experience, with a good understanding of survey design, interviews, and literature reviews. » Well-developed written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a range of audiences; » High attention to detail and accurate referencing skills. » An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te ao M?ori; » High degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; » Some experience with quantitative and qualitative research software; and » A tertiary qualification in research or a relevant discipline, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
