About the function He Aha Te T?ranga
Do you have strong advocacy expertise and the capability to facilitate the delivery of care coordination and case management to nib members with high risk and complex claims? Do you have what Information technology takes to provide nib with an internal and external interface for all matters relating to ACC?
Our Health Engagement team is committed to ensuring our members can make the most of their nib health care.
The key purpose of your function as a Health Navigator is to improve member health results through advocacy and support for member's with health and lifestyle concerns in order to achieve the best possible member, clinical, and commercial results.
About you Ko Wai Koe
To be considered for this function you will need:
    practice and knowledge of ACC, its processes and the significant legislation
    Solid Anatomy and Physiology knowledge
    Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication expertise demonstrating empathy and knowledge to build relationships of trust and confidence
    Highly organised, capable of prioritising and managing workload autonomously
    A methodical and careful approach to issues
    Cultural competency to enable safe and significant engagement
    Aware of scope of practice boundaries, comfortable seeking direction and assistance from appropriate sources
    capability to maintain confidentiality of information for members, team members and your employer
    Work closely as part of a team and collaborate with others
    A sound level of computer expertise, including Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
