We are working on behalf of a leading Dairy Factory located in South Waikato committed to excellence in powder production, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and compliance. » The position is based at the Mokai factory, 30km northwest of Taupo. » Shift pattern (2 days on, 2 nights on, and 4 days off). » Hours of work are 6.00am - 6.00pm. » You will be required to operate a forklift and will have support with certified forklift training. Key Accountabilities: »Minimum of 3+ years powder process and drying Experience » Meet productivity and quality targets. » Support engineering team in maintenance and process improvements. » Provide accurate data on productivity, yield, and downtime. » Ensure product meets specifications and compliance with quality/HACCP plan. » Manage sampling, cleaning schedules, and ERP system accurately. » Support H&S and risk management plans for compliance. » Maintain a healthy, safe work environment and support waste reduction initiatives. » Develop effective working relationships with team members. » Act in accordance with company values to achieve desired outcomes. » Fulfil any other responsibilities as required, especially in a Greenfield start-up environment. Qualifications and Experience: » Previous experience in milk powder process operation , with knowledge of OSH and quality control. Personal Attributes: »Proven experience in milk powder process operation. » Clear communication and time management. » Strong relationship building skills and commitment to quality control disciplines.
