About The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and reliable project administration. Service and support the project teams by undertaking assigned tasks that ensure quality service is being delivered. The successful candidate will work as a part of the team to ensure "Best Practices" principles and will maintain a positive attitude towards client, management, and other team members, while promoting the behavior competencies and values of the company.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
   » Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers
   » Work closely with Project and Site Managers
   » Control construction drawings register
   » Use iTWOcx to ensure detailed project correspondence
   » Set up and maintain project tree
   » Update and maintain Health and Safety records and files
   » Assist with Quality Assurance checklists
   » Issue sub-contractor packages and contracts
   » Obtain Site Safety Program from sub-contractors
   » Assist with the setup of all site registers
About You
To be considered you will have:
   » Administration experience - preferably in construction
   » Experience with iTWOcx - preferrable but not essential
   » Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
   » Disciplined and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
   » Tidy and professional appearance
   » Customer focused
   » Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
   » Professional communicator
