Service and support the project teams by undertaking assigned tasks that ensure quality service is being delivered. The successful candidate will work as a part of the team to ensure "Best Practices" principles and will maintain a positive attitude towards client, management, and other team members, while promoting the behavior competencies and values of the company. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the successful candidate include: » Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers » Work closely with Project and Site Managers » Control construction drawings register » Use iTWOcx to ensure detailed project correspondence » Set up and maintain project tree » Update and maintain Health and Safety records and files » Assist with Quality Assurance checklists » Issue sub-contractor packages and contracts » Obtain Site Safety Program from sub-contractors » Assist with the setup of all site registers About You To be considered you will have: » Administration experience - preferably in construction » Experience with iTWOcx - preferrable but not essential » Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy » Disciplined and self-motivated with strong organizational skills » Tidy and professional appearance » Customer focused » Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team » Professional communicator If this sounds like the job you are looking for and you have the right attitude, APPLY NOW!
