We have free accommodation on site with free endlessWi-Fi, we also have a van available to take people into town for groceries and other errands. we strive to have a positive work enviroment and kee everyone happy!! The job involves walking through the garden stopping at each twine to ensure that a previously discussed number of hop bines (usually 3) are running up the twine in a clockwise direction. If no hops or not enough hops are on each twine then the hop trainer must select the most desirable hops from the bush below and carefully wind them up the twine, if no hops are available then the trainer may leave the plant for the next pass over the garden.
