The Employer
   » Join a private Clinic in the Epsom area that is in a highly specialist medical field for their adult patients, caring for those requiring treatment for what can be a terminal illness requires sensitivity and compassion.
   » A range of conditions are supported with many targeted therapies, locations are found around NZ and meet global standards of care, leading treatments are offered and a sizeable team that you will be proud to be part of!
The Position
A joint function where you will be responsible for relief Reception tasks, the scheduling of appointments in a team environment and general medical administration
   » BOOKINGS ie registering new patients
   » Scheduling appointments with a range of Specialists and Nurses in each discipline after receipt of referral
   » Advising Patients of appointment times • Follow up on outstanding test results
   » Confirm and book in appointments scheduled into patient management system
   » Amend patient details if required, updating Accounts and Transcriptionists
   » RECEPTION cover ‘as required’ ie not located at Reception unless relieving, and then tasks include meet and greet, telephone answering and message taking
   » ADMIN ie also preparation of Clinic Rooms, opening mail (outgoing goes to mailroom) stationery, processing of payments
You
   » Will preferably have all-round MEDICAL PRACTICE Reception and Administration work practice
   » Be technologically savvy to pick up their patient management system
   » A mature attitude, a calm, warm and truly empathetic person who genuinely cares about providing a wrap-around service to the Specialists wide variety of patients
   » Excellent English and confidential nature due to face to face and telephone contact with patients
On offer
   »  To $33.50 - $36.60/hour OR to $72,000
   »  Annual remuneration reviews
   »  5 weeks annual leave
   »  Gifted extra day/year
   »  Medical care benefits ie if you, partner or dependants ever a patient
   »  An excellent and comprehensive company induction and continuing training, ‘great support’ as  you will be working with colleagues doing a similar function
   »  Job security – low turnover • Social functions/modern environment
   »  The opportunity to expand into the ‘specialist’ medical sector
   »  Parking • Full time Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week between 8-5
