As a company representative, you will be recognised as a central information source for customers, sales functions & internal stakeholders. Evaluate problems and determine and initiate appropriate action for all orders. Provide necessary information relative to product application, current orders, delivery schedules & product availability. Assuming total responsibility for the processing of customer orders through holding communication lines with suppliers, Sales Engineers, and distribution functions. This is an elevated customer service role for an industry professional. Skills & Experience required » Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Officer or Internal Sales Coordinator experience within a manufacturing environment » Ability to build a strong rapport with customers, clear & professional communication. » Experience using ERP Systems - MFG Pro would be preferable but not essential. We are moving to SAP in the next 6 months. » Basic understanding of the supply chain process » Strong problem-solving skills » flexible and can manage change » basic mechanical aptitude is preferred but not essential.
