Are you a looking for a function which combines your exceptional organisational expertise and people management practice with human centred design practice?
In this function you'll be responsible for operationalising our design practice and ensuring our expanding team of designers are thriving.

What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for our team of Designers are engaged and getting Information technology done. We want our team to be delivering value and thriving. This is a new and growing team and we need your help to build the right mix of individuals in the team and collectively grow capcapability. This will include establishing new ways of working to enable smooth delivery.
You'll be creating an environment that ensures effective communication and collaboration, this will include establishing team practice and rituals alongside the wider team and Design Manager. As we establish our team you're key in creating a culture that encourages curiosity, innovation and inclusive problem solving.
With the Design Leads you'll be establishing a Design Centre of Excellence which will seek to build the knowledge and capcapability of our design practice and engage stakeholders in the power of design led service transformation. And it'll be important you partner with others to create advocates for the practice.
this function will have a component of reporting and business operations and you'll be managing external partnerships with vendors and our team performance reporting.
Who will you be working with?
Reporting to the Manager Design you'll be part of a team of passionate human centred Designers and Behaviour Change Practitioners. You’ll be working with the Design Leads to contribute to the improvement of the practice and collaborating with designers, business representatives and technology to get Information technology done.
