A prosperous Auckland property development and contractor brand name has a strong forward workload. They have a combination of their own developments plus negotiated work from regular clients. As these projects look to commence roughly around the same time, they are now looking to secure and additional QS at the intermediate level as support in the financial delivery for these projects. Their standards are high, their culture is positive focusing on team building activities to build morale.
You will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.  Also included is some estimating and tendering work.
this function would suit an applicant with at least 4+ years of commercial main contractor QS practice with significant tertiary qualifications. The function will be office located but could lead into being site located for a part of project/week. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
