Apply now! We are now recruiting for dedicated staff for various positions in a food processing factory in Blenheim. You will be working on a process line and opening mussels. We are seeking for people to work full time hours. We have day shift positions available currently. » DAY SHIFT: Monday – Saturday 6am – 2pm There will also be overtime and weekend work when required. You will work up to 50 hours per week. Having some sort of factory or food production line practice is awesome but overall attitude is what counts. Being physically capable is important and teamwork is what makes the dream work, so even if you haven’t had any practice we would love to chat! What you will get in return » Accommodation options are available; you will need to provide your own main meals and snacks. » Hourly rate will kick off at $20.00 per hour + holiday pay. There will be additional payment of up to $60 per week for attendance to work and being on time. Addtional piece rates will be paid also. The more mussels you open the more you get paid! » Pay is weekly on a Thursday night. » Full PPE gear, including overalls, gumboots, gloves, hair and beard nets and ear muffs.
