The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for Clinical managers to be part of their supportive and caring environment.

They have vacancies in Auckland, Paihia and Whangarei.

The successful candidate will need to
   » Provide clinical leadership and management oversight across Nurses, care and auxiliary teams
   » Ensure excellent care of all residents
   » Compassion attitude
   » Developed and lead a successful happy team
   » Motivate the team to develop and upskill, continue to grow
   » Adhere to all clinical polices and procedure
   » Provide support to the village manager if and when required

The successful applicants will need:
   » Proven experience as Registered Nurse preferable in Residential Aged care
   » Current practice certificate
   » Have the ability to lead, mentor, coach and share knowledge
   » Have the know how to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, staff, residents and their families
   » Be able to deliver excellent customer service to the residents
   » Be professional. Empathetic and be a good communicator
   » Have the know how to keep improving systems and procedures.
