You will be responsible for servicing clients and candidates and ensuring all parts of the recruitment equation are considered at every turn. You will be tasked with conducting effective job briefings and needs analysis with clients to match them with the best possible talent for their requirements. Previous recruitment experience is not essential, experience in the SME space or Civil & Construction would be advantageous.
