About the function
You will be working closely with a team of practiced peers in the digital transformation area, alongside a range of vendors who are all pushing the boundaries of technology adoption and evolution. Your function will be to deliver services across IT, increase maturity and manage service delivery team members.
knowledge the Information Security requirements of the business will be critical and your prior practice prioritising Information technology security related projects will help you to establish a robust information security management system that meets recommended standards across the board.
There are a number of other internal initiatives to get stuck into from week one, including setting up a service delivery operating model (ITIL); and reviewing End user compute and VDI solutions.
A key part of the function will also be to manage vendors, ensure right-sizing and reviewing service level agreements to ensure exceptional services are delivered at all times.
About you
As this is a critical senior leadership abilities function in IT, there will be plenty of opportunity to work closely with the Executive leadership abilities team, Legal, Compliance, Risk as well as Operations. This will provide plenty of scope for personal development, mentoring opportunities and career progression.
   » You will already be well versed in a broad range of technology, and able to analyse and contribute to unravelling complex problems.
   » You will have a good working knowledge of Cloud located technology, Microsoft stack, as well as AWS.
   » A degree in Computer Science, and some significant technical practice
   » A proven track record in Information technology leadership abilities, particularly with a focus on data and security (including some industry certs such asCISSP, CRISC or CISM a big plus.
   » Strong vendor management, communication, commercial acumen as well as accountcapability will help yo0u align with their goals.
