About the role: This role will see you taking full ownership of a small team and overseeing the operations of their busy distribution centre in Mt Wellington. Responsibilities: » Coach and develop 1 warehouse staff, ensuring that processes are followed and operations run smoothly » Ensure cost effective and efficient distribution of product (varying in size) » Inwards goods and dispatch » Inventory control » Emphasis on the best practice development, process improvement and scalability About you: » Proven warehousing and distribution experience » You consider yourself a strong team leader and are confident taking ownership of your role » You are big on collaboration and can proactively engage with people to influence positive change » You don't shy away from learning new things and want to push yourself to grow with a business » You are great with numbers and confident using technology » A forklift license » RF scanning » MPI Qualified is advantageous, but not necessary Benefits: Immediately, there is the chance to take ownership of your role and make a real impact.
