Accounts Payable OfficerLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Temporary Salary 30 to 32 Category Accounting > Accounts Payable » » » » Match purchase orders with suppliers invoices, process same and ensure timely payment upon final authorisation. » Ensure all creditors statements are reconciled on a monthly basis addressing outstanding invoices and investigating credit balances resulting in a completed reconciliation by month end. » Provide professional and accurate assistance for enquires from creditors and branch staff resulting in satisfied customers. » Follow up supplier and customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner. » Adhere and comply with company policies and procedures for invoices presented, for both internal and external customers. » Prepare weekly payment runs, as requested. » Ensure compliance with all company credit systems and processes. » Set up supplier accounts, capturing required information, in conjunction with Accounts Supervisor and Accountants. » Confirm with cash receipting processes. » Assist in reconciliations where required. » Provide administrative support to the finance team where required.
