Your function will be to help us deliver this purpose, by working with different areas of the organisation to improve the way we engage with our customers and drive business performance. You will be a generalist who can lend your hand to a full range of communications and marketing activities. This will include developing communications strategies and plans to change public behaviour; helping with media enquiries and reputational issues; and preparing plain English communications for customer communications. On offer is the chance to work collaboratively with experts from across the team, including content creators, media engagement specialists, brand professionals, and all-round good sorts.
