Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
   » Play an active part as a member of an Agile Standing Team
   » Leading and Driving EPICs/Feature/Programme of work for the Agile Standing Team
   » practice in supporting, coaching and mentoring less practiced Business Analysts
   » Work with business owners and other Information technology stakeholders to develop Features
   » Work with business owners and other Information technology stakeholders to develop user stories and help manage the delivery of these stories through the SDLC
   » Work with other Information technology teams to deliver features into Production
   » Manage incidents and problems occurring in applications in your domain
   » Actively participate and contribute to the team culture
Requirements Management
   » Collect, document, interpret, analyse and confirm specifications for new, enhanced or changed requirements from the business
   » Capture business goals/needs effectively. Clarify and develop objectives and key issues in a structured manner
   » Present and reflect coherent arguments and requirements back to the business and confirm further action
   » Provide soundly located advice to both Information technology team and business units, from a business and/or technical perspective

   » Is a good problem solver/trouble-shooter
   » Is good at articulating information and writing documentation
   » Might have some practice with any of the following or are keen to learn:
– Enterprise integration patterns and data modelling
– API's, JSON, SOAP message structures and database principles

income range: $98,348.00 – $120,203.00
