Key to achieving this vision is ACC’s Clinical Services, who partner with our front-line staff to improve rehabilitation results for New Zealanders. In this function, you will provide consistent, valuable, accurate and timely clinical advice on complex claims to assist recovery team members with their management of claims and support of clients. Additionally, you will: » work in a virtual team of other medical advisors and at times work together in a multi-disciplinary team to give actionable advice. Advice may be written or via an internal phone service » have plenty of opportunities to get involved in various other work undertaken by Clinical Services at ACC including clinical quality and governance and operational process improvement work.
