Offer: General Manager – Wh?nau Voice:Mana Recruitment Ltd.Job description:Job DescriptionAs part of the health reforms confirmed by Cabinet in March 2021, Information technology was agreed that the voice of wh?nau would be elevated and strengthened and be a key feature of the health system.You will be able harness, facilitate and support the voice of wh?nau and consumers and ensure you elevatewh?nau voice and make Information technology visible in the mahi of Te Aka Whai Ora, Iwi M?ori Partnership Boards and service providers. With your existing connections and networks, you will be able to connectwh?nau voice at a local level, into the Iwi M?ori Partnership Boards (IMPB). One of your key functions is to gather wh?nau (hapu, iwi, h?pori M?ori) voice into locality planning, priority setting and monitoring of the system at a local level. You must not only be able to establish these national networks such as LBQTQ, Kaumatua, Tane, Rangatahi, Tangata Whaikaha M?ori etc) but also be able to link the local networks to IMPBs. You have the opportunity to grow and manage Te Aka Whai Ora's Wh?nau Voice network, by superviseing the recruitment and employment of Wh?nau Voice leads for Tangata Whaikaha Ma?ri, LGBTQIA, Rangatahi, Tane, Wahine and Kaum?tua - support them to identify, connect with and establish national networks (formal and informal) for each population group to partner with Te Aka Whai Ora.
