The Role The primary purpose of this role is to aid new and existing customers through inbound and outbound channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: » Inbound and Outbound calling » Assisting all client enquires via phone and email » Recording and updating client information » Taking bookings for new and existing clients & add bookings into nationwide clinic diaries » Understanding the features of each product /service » Driving individual KPI's Experience and soft skills required: » Experience working in customer service role in any industry - preferred but not essential » Strong communication skills and professional phone manner » Positive attitude and willingness to learn » Basic computer systems knowledge » Attention to detail We offer » Monday to Friday work - 8:30am-7pm, flexible 8 hour shift rotations based on candidates requirements » Flexible 2 days working from home » Comprehensive training and ongoing support » $500 pay increase every 6 months for your first 18 months in the role subject to meeting your KPIs » Discounted health insurance » Free coffee!!
