Powder Process OperatorLocation All SouthlandSouthland Job type Full Time Salary to Category Manufacturing/Operations > Machine Operators » Relocate to the Beautiful Waikato!! » Insurance and Kiwisaver Available » Fuel Allowance We are working on behalf of a leading Dairy Factory located in South Waikato committed to excellence in powder production, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and compliance. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience. Key Accountabilities: » Operate powder process and drying plant from milk intake to packing, meet productivity and quality targets. » Support engineering team in maintenance and process improvements. » Provide accurate data on productivity, yield, and downtime. » Ensure product meets specifications and compliance with quality/HACCP plan. » Manage sampling, cleaning schedules, and ERP system accurately. » Support H&S and risk management plans for compliance. » Maintain a healthy, safe work environment and support waste reduction initiatives. » Develop effective working relationships with team members. » Act in accordance with company values to achieve desired outcomes. » Fulfil any other responsibilities as required, especially in a Greenfield start-up environment. Qualifications and Experience: » Previous experience in milk process operation, with knowledge of OSH and quality control. Personal Attributes: » Proven experience in milk process operation, with clear communication and time management. » Strong relationship building skills and commitment to quality control disciplines.
