A contract (or fixed term) opportunity has arisen for an intermediate level Data Analyst working within the HR systems function to create and utilise data sources to analyse and create significant reports. Working with a small but collaborative team in a large enterprise organisation this is a critical function to provide value to support organisation. This is a newly created position, for which training of HR systems will be provided. function responsibilities There is a focus on the design, development, documenting, and maintenance of reports and dashboards using data sourced from a variety of HR and Workforce related systems. You will also be involved with some business improvement for information management, processes, and systems integration. Of particular importance will be working on the HR and Workforce data analytics, to present data insights stretching across a variety of systems to present a wider view of workforce intelligence. There is a strong focus on delivery, outstanding stakeholder engagement, and relationship management capcapability is crucial in this environment. Requirements You will be a Data Analyst with a high degree of analytical capability, have practice in database creation/management, possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ideally you are available immediately or within a few weeks and have practice at intermediate level SQL developer and advanced Excel skills. You may have practice in data integration tools such as SSIS, WherescapeRED, and Business Objects Data Services. You will have skills in BI/Reporting tools such as SSRS, Business Objects, GTableau and QlikView, along with good statistical expertise, report writing and presentation skills. You much have excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships, willing to interact, contact and consult with a wide variety of people and can work effectively in a change and highly fluid environment.
