The Health Services Strategy is being delivered by the Health Partnerships team. Success for Health Partnership, and ACC more broadly, will be defined by three core results; improved client rehabilitation results, high provider trust and confidence in ACC and its objectives, and efficient management of ACC’s healthcare spend.
The HSS Benefits Lead is responsible for ensuring sound benefit identification and management practice is imbedded across the Health Sector Strategy and Health Partnerships change programme on behalf of the Programme Delivery Manager and Head of Health Partnerships.
You’ll be working closely with our programme, and project managers key stakeholders, to lead benefit realisation activity for the programme, defining benefit profiles and securing ownership and definition of benefit calculation formula and measurement criteria.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » A minimum of 6-10 years’ practice in programme planning with a focus on benefit management
   » Significant practice leading critical benefit management activity for large programmes of work including benefit identification, calculation and measurement
   » Critical analysis capcapability is a must have
   » Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques with proven practical practice on large programmes of work
   » Demonstrated practice in business case development, reporting and benefits management
   » practice writing Benefits Realisation Plans and defining benefit profiles
   » Strong communication skills, including capability to lead workshops
   » Health sector practice would be desirable
The delivery team is responsible for the implementing key change initiatives that will enable ACC to realise the Strategy. The team consists of Project Managers, Coordinators and the Subject Matter skills required to drive the change and will be going through an exciting growth period as the Health Sector Strategy ramps up.
